I find am tire: Netizens lament Bolanle Ninalowos absence in Extraction 2

Nigerian actor, Bolanle Ninalowo, is trending on Twitter after fans, who were hoping to see him in the Hollywood movie ‘Extraction 2’, discovered he’s not there.

The actor made headlines days ago over reports of him being cast in the Hollywood movie, which was released today, Friday, June 16th.

This comes after a video of the actor on a set that looked like that of ‘Extraction 2’ went viral.

However, reports have it that the clip he posted is from the set of a mockumentary (a mock documentary) of the hit movie.

Details shared on Netflix Naija revealed the mockumentary title is ‘Distraction: The Extraction of Don’.

A statement on Netflix Naija’s page read,

“How far would you go for a password? Starring Nino B, Noxolo Dlamini and Donovan Goliath, comes Distraction: The Extraction of Don, a mockumentary inspired by #Extraction2.”

A mockumentary is one type of film or television show depicting fictional events but presented as a documentary which in itself is a subset of a fake-documentary style of film-making.

Nigerian fans, however, have lamented after watching the ‘Extraction 2’ movie and not spotting Ninalowo there.
